when i wake up i usually turn on m y computer... but ive lately been having alot of trouble doing that... it wont turn on when i pres the button... i can get it to turn on after pressing tthe button a few more tires but its kinda annoying... can anyone help me?

It sounds like either your power supply or your power button are going bad. The most common culprit is the power supply.

I've noticed this with a lot of new pcs. I won't mention the name brand directly but let's just call them zell Pc's. I find that you turn them on and the standby light comes on yellow, but never kicks on. However - if you turn it off (hold the power button in) and then turn it back on right when you hear the power supply kick off; it comes back with a green light instead of a yellow light. Try replacing the surge protector first - it could also be a problem with the power coming into the pc, if it's still under warranty see if they'll replace the power supply for you.

Siounds like maybe your power suupply is going bad, or the power button is malfunctioning. But I would check the power supply first.
