I seriously need some help from you girls out there :)
You see, I've been wearing t-shirts, tank tops, racerbacks, jackets all these while so I didn't find the need to wear a specific kind of bra as the bra strap will be well hidden.
But now that I am interested in tops which have thin straps, I do not know which bra will be suitable for them! I know there are NuBra, strapless bras, t-shirt bra etc.. but can they provide any support? Will they drop off and will i have to keep adjusting them?
I want to find a nice bra which will provide me support and leave me carefree for the whole day ~ *oops.. sound kind of cheesy* :P
And while you girls are at it, can you recommend me the right shoe/slip on to go with babydoll tops? Thanks a lot!

i don't hate seeing brastraps with spaghetti strap tops. I just think you need to get a bra that has a thin neutral colored strap. think skin color or white. Urban outfitters has a bra that is thin all around and skin colored. I always wear mine with my spaghetti strap tops. it is light and sexy like the tops themselves. no heavy lace or anything showing through. naturally if this is good for you or not will depend on your cup size because it is not a serious underwire or anything. luck!
and I always recommend flipflops in the summer, which is when you can wear these tops anyway.

I have no clue about NuBras and other adhesive bras (I"m too big for them) but a good strapless bra will stay up and support you as long as it's the right size. You can also get bras that have removable straps, and use the clear ones. I do this if the top/dress has spaghetti straps, but not if it's strapless. T-shirt bras are seamless bras that are the same as any other bra for support, they are great.
Your best bet would be to get one or two convertible seamless bras. You can wear them with anything, they won't show under your tops, and you can remove or add straps as needed. Nude is best for colors, even white can show under very light colored and thin fabrics.

As for a shoe or slip on, you would have to know what kind of bottom will be there, jeans, shorts, skirt, etc... Since baby dolls are usually more spring and summer looking, maybe a sandal of some kind. Flat to mid heel, nothing too high.

If your spaghetti strap shirt has a built in bra you could just not where one. I never would though because when I am cold or not so cold you can notice very well. There are some strapless bras that work very well. They have a strip of some kind on the sides that "sticks" to your skin so that your bra won't move. It's kind of like the things you put in the tub so you won't take a shower and fall. There are also clear bra straps that you can buy to replace your regular bra straps.

There are some bra that can be converted several ways to suit you. You can always get a transparent bra strap, if you're worried that strapless bra don't give you enough support.

I like the Victoria's Secret strapless bras. They are supportive and comfortable.
As for what style shoe to wear; it depends on what you wear on the bottom, but I think a cute flat would be nice.

just buy a convertable bra
they usually come with clear straps, if it didn't you can buy them.
btw, what are you talking about a "shoe/slip"??
if you are asking for what shoe to wearing with babydoll tees...it just depends?? like if you are wearing a babydoll tee and jeans i would wear sneakers or heels that math the shirt... ???
