I graduated from highschool, the next week I walked through the door of the office I am in right now. I work in the real estate field, and help in the office of an exavation/landscape company. Both businesses are owned by one family, and its great! I was very lucky... I was hired because of my personality, and desire to learn everything they could teach me, and more...

I am also owner of my own business, I'm a beauty consultant. I just turned 21 last week, and have so much going for me! I count my blessings... At times life is crazy busy, but I love knowing that I am doing something... And having a blast!

I was told my entire senior year in high school that my life would be hard, that I wouldn't get anywhere, and that I'd want to go to college.... Well, now everyone I run into that I graduated can't believe how awesome I am doing... I love giving them the look of "I told you so!" :)

I make enough money to make it through life, I could care about earthly possessions. The only possession that I need, (but already have) is love!.. Knowing that I can help others if they need it is great.

I was kicked out of my house when I was 16, so I learned responsibility at a young age. I was privileged enough to live in a house that sent me to private school my whole life, so when I was kicked out, I didn't want to leave all the people I had grown up with for 10 years, so I put myself through the last two years and graduated with honors.

I didn't have the money for college, so I held several different jobs, until I found one where the owner showed me the ropes of developing a company, such as the one she had. I opened my company in the fall of last year, and I'm not rich by any means--but I'm very proud of myself. I am married and have a beautiful two year old daughter, with one more on the way (Hopefully a boy).

It just goes to show, good ol' American ingenuity and perseverance can still make it!

I went to college, and have a great job, but my job doesn't require a college degree. I feel this brings up a point. There are a lot of good jobs out there that don't require a degree, but most of them are filled by people with degrees because there are so many people that have degrees now. It is possible to land a great job without a degree, but the degree sure helps.

I have been to college my kids are growing up so i want a good job and some nice things, money does not necassarilly make you happy, just imporoves life. Real happiness comes from our relaionships and how happy we are in ourselves not the jobs or how much we have, and anyway when you have money you can have pretencious friends around.

Ok I good a okish job, but I went to College and University, but the job I got was on the strength of my personality and my desire to succeed. They dont usually look at academic achievement. You can make as much money as you want, but you need to focus ur skills.

I've been to college then after graduation I decided it was the wrong field for me. I've got a great paying job I made $62K my first year, and this job has nothing to do with what I went to school for.

I went to college and university.

I couldnt find a decent job or ever make enough money.

I am now working for myself and I could have been in the same spot without University.

I work from home and do online marketing.
