How do you feel now... after Sept. 11 attack?

I feel like the time was squandered, all those lives lost for absolutely no purpose. There was so much good will in the time right after the worst attack on American soil since Pearl Harbor, there were no repuglicans and democrats, much of the world was on our side, and now they hate us. One stupid war declared by one stupid president changed all of that good will into bickering and arguing. Civil war in Iraq, Bin Laden still at large. We lost a great opportunity to make those lives lost worth something.
