Yeah, pretty much. Except that you are talking about people who publicly shot guns, rallied for hate, and tried to demolish races of people. Bush has not done that. Putting him in the same class as that is ignorant. Bush is many things, but he does not want to kill a bunch of innocent people.

I'm sure there are people who would think that they all are responsible for the deaths of innocent people by way of the orders they gave.
