Probably because they do not have any manners. Most parents nowadays do not take time to teach their children the basics of good education and manners. Saying hello or greeting other people with a simple "Good morning, how are you? is not going to kill you. You'd be surprised at how many will reply with the same or similar answer. Sometimes this is a preamble to a new friendship. You do not know a person until you actually talk to them and if you act rudely you will get the same feedback, and you won't feel good about it and you will get a bad impression of the other person.

Very simple, because they don't have human relations qualities. This, in most cases, is the product of an improper up-bringing or morally bankrupt family background.

Because their parents havent taught them manners. Its such a me,me,me world people need to stop for a minute and realise they are not the only inhabitant on this earth .

Because they lack home training and also because they think they have money forgeting to know that money is problem. More money more trouble they think they can trample on any thing that comes their way.
