A lot of men have that problem when they focus on how good the sex feels to them without really thinking about the pleasure they're bringing their partner. Try thinking about her/him more during sex. Try thinking about something completely non-sexual for short periods of time while you're doing it (baseball stats, work, your mom). Masturbate a few hours before. Stop and switch to mutual masturbation or oral sex, then start again.

when you feel like you are "near", think of something else. something that will slow down your sexual excitement. that really helps a lot. it takes time and practice
