specific traingin would be.. squats with ur back to a wall hands out in front aquat to form a 90 degree angle at knees hold for 10 secs then stand repreat 10 times 3 times a week for the first week till ur muscles get use to it then increase to 20 3 times a week.. another is to lie on your back legs out in a V then lift with ur butt still to the ground and legs straight hold for 10 and drop slowly.. repreat same as above.. best of luck :)

thick thighs are the way forward, i dont know about u but non of da people i know like twiggy legs, look at beyonces thighs thick and firm.
my advice would be to make sure that they were firm and did not have alot of dimples on them, just by doing toning exercises and weights for the legs.

it is not easy. i joined a gym and there is a machine that helps in working the thighs. i also went on yahoo fitness and got some good exercises that i printed out to take to the gym. and walking also helps. good luck!

you dont! being bootylicious is soo in right now. Look at jennifer lopez, beyonce....dont lose your thighs or your butt. I dont have gigantic thighs, but my thighs and my butt are big. I just do crunches and keep my abs flat. Trust me. the guys love it. Every race - not just black guys (who really really love it). no complaints so far so just embrace it and work with whatever your mama gave you.
