i have the same thing on my pc. what you need is to get anti-spyware software. You can download it for free on certain things like limewire, or buy the proper one if you actually want it to work. But to get rid of what you have your going to have to back up everything you have and then wipe off everything off your computer, then re-install windows. Or take it to a shop to get it fixed.

Download Firefox, it doesn't use Active X and so cuts out a huge number of drive by browser attacks that use IE as their attack method. For really dodgy sites i started using Browzar last week, its a British web browser and all it can do is browse, no cookies Active X, saved passwords or any info at all retained.
www.mozilla.org
www.browzar.com
Download Windows Defender Beta, run it, keep it running unless it consumes too many resources. At least do a once a week scan with it. It will aso has a lot of security checkpints to ensure malware can't make changes to your system without your consent even if the malware itself was not detected.
www.microsoft.com
Download a firewall and then configure it properly, ZoneAlarm is free and works well. Make sure only programs you TRUST have internet access and allow NONE to operate as a server unless you know what they are.
www.zonelabs.com
Then do a double check using online virus tools as listed above.
A lot, i really mean a lot, of anti-malware products and sites are complete rubbish and many are/host malware themselves. If you aren't a techie this can be confusing, what i have listed above should clean 99% of problems and will do so safely.
If you still have issues download HijackThis, run it and post your text log to:
http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=38752
Many other sites also run HijackThis log checking services and will offer solutions.
Hijack This available from:
www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/downloads.html
Many people will offer you "better" alternatives, say I am wrong, complain that X doesn't find the Y virus/trojan etc. Ignore them and follow what I have said, if you go to use a product that doesn't come from a large well known ( to you) firm then at least google its name along with extra search criteria like:
(company/product name) danger ripoff failure "test results" malware
If you find others complaining it may be dangerous, don't use it.

You need a pop-up blocker for those not spyware, adware or virus. Yahoo has one, msn, windows also.
Most likely you have a program or file installed like a game etc that has it attached. Usually the only way to permanently remove those is to remove the file/program/media and clean the system after uninstall.
Try Eiwdo you can find it at grisoft.com its a free spy/malware/adware remover. AVG is a virus scan and one of the better ones out there that don't hog memory.

It's most likley that the casino and pc screen ads are most likley to be a popup written in to the web page that you are viewing. A popup blocker may stop these sorts of adds but they are often coded in to the page in a way so they aren't really popups just part of the page. Annoying i know but not much you can do.
I would try downloading Mozilla Firefox. It's a free browser like Internet explorer and Aol/Netscape browser but it tends to have less pops becasue the popup blocker is bulit into the browser. If Your on a site that you know shouldn't have spyware ie. google. yahoo. and there still poping up you will probably have so virus/spyware on your system. I would play safe in that case and format and reinstall windows. hope this helps.

Try running SpyBot Search & Destroy, AdAware and AVG Anti-Virus in Safe Mode
You can find SpyBot and AdAware here -
http://www.malwaresolutions.com/tools_spyware.html
You can find AVG here - http://www.malwaresolutions.com/tools_anti_virus.html
To start in Safe Mode - reboot your computer and as it is starting up keep tapping the F8 key until an alternate menu comes up (with the option of starting in Safe Mode) - for more info on Safe Mode and other ways to access it go here -
http://www.malwaresolutions.com/how_to_start_in_safe_mode.html
Scan with all three programs and if your computer is infected one of these free programs should be able to remove it.
Also - use Mozilla FireFox, it's much more secure than Internet Explorer - if you use the version with the Google Toolbar you can block pop-ups as well, you can find FireFox here -
http://www.malwaresolutions.com/tools_browsers.html
Good Luck!

Sounds to me like you need AdAware SE personal, and maybe a Spybot S & D program. You should also get a pop up blocker. Between the three, it should downsize all the unwanted windows.

They have a free online scan that you can use. Also if you get rid of them and they come back when you turn your computer on again then they have tucked themselves away in your computer's automatic back up section that will store and reboot them every time. In which case you need someone with a lot more computer knowledge than me! Not to worry you should be able to find it on any of the FAQs online.

Also, install a firewall like zone alarm that can help eliminate some unwanted sites and pop ups.
