If we learn to look at obstacles as challenges, then there is joy in meeting them.
Instead of running alone, there is a joy of competing in a race.
The fear of not reaching first is due to expectation.
Instead, enjoy the competition, and run as fast as you can, and if you are fast enough, you will win, else, there is always a next time, and also the joy of doing again and again what we really like !
