From personal and friend’s experience, 3 have a horrible record of taking people off their call lists. I would (and have) lodged a complaint to their customer service department and the consumer council. Links below:

3 Customer service email:
http://www.three.co.uk/hygiene/customerFeedback.omp

NCC contacts:
http://www.ncc.org.uk/contact.htm

Please lodge a complaint with the NCC simply because when enough people complain about a certain company, they will then investigate the matter.

I wish you the best of luck.

2 reasons they may call,
1. they are telemarketing and trying to get you to buy a product or service...................ect.
2. you owe them money and they are trying to collect payment.

if number one, you need to list with the do not call registry
https://www.donotcall.gov
is set up buy the Gov. to prevent this type of call. can be reported and the company will have to pay like $10,000 for each reported offence.

if number two, then their is nothing you can do, they have the right by law to collect on a debt owed to them.

Next time they ring, tell them you spend less than £10 a month on calls. They'll soon give up calling.

3. buy another unit
4. assign a ring tone so you would know.
