ewww....I remember that! My whole body itched though! It's your skin stretching and I would use aloe vera. Keep the skin moist like a warm bath everynight. I would place a tbls. of salt in the bath water and that seemed to help! Good luck and congrats!

Yes - totally normal. Your breasts are changing & getting bigger, which is stretching the skin. This is what causes the itching & the best cure that I have found for it is Palmers Cocoa Butter. I use 2 different kinds - the one in the tub (which is like a 'butter') I used for my belly & bum (you cant forget the bum... I didnt 'butter my bum' with my 1st pregnancy & that's the ONLY place I ended up w/stretch marks!) and they have one in a pump bottle that I used on my breasts & arms. Put it on EVERY day IMMEDIATELY after showering/bathing to seal in the moisture & make your skin the most resilient. It provides your skin with extra elasticity & minimizes stretch marks But it also HYDRATES your skin which will relieve the ITCHING (dry/stretching skin is what causes the ITCH!)

GOOD LUCK

This is your skin stretching! Apply tons of lotions and vitamin e oils, I really t=don't think they work at preventing stretch marks, but worth a try.
Your belly will be itching all the time too, very soon. it's an annoying part of pregnancy! :)
Good luck and congrats with the baby!!

It is very normal, but if the itching is very annoying and covers most of your body, mention it to your dr as there is a liver condition that causes major itching during pregnancy and has to be treated immediately.

Yes same thing happened to me. Use cocoa butter on them to help with stretch marks and try not to itch hard cause that can help bring on stretch marks. Your skin itches as it is stretching.

Perfectly normal, your breasts are getting larger-so the skin is stretching. I had it with my previous 2 and even with this one. I have even gotten pregnancy rash this time around, all over my arms. Something that happens with the hormones.

Yep... unfortunately there's very little you can do. With my 2nd son I went through that BIGTIME. Lotion helps, but only for a short while.

Hang in there!

I had the same problem...I though that I was going to acratch them off...there is a product that I used called Lanisoh...its an ointment. It is also safe to use when nursing...you don't have to wash it off.
