you have been asking this question so far and still looking for an answer.. I would suggest you could go to any stations that are crowded with Filipino residents or visit the churches near tokyo, hachioji or matsudo and koiwa, does not mean they are club entertainersthey don't have time to attend churches on Sunday. You could find lots of Filipino organization members that used to go to church and knows of Filipino working on bars and clubs. Yes, it is true that Filipino entertainers are not welcomed anymore as the immigration laws changes, but there are still left working and a residents of that country.
Visit Roppongi's Philippine embassy and you could ask them where to find one, as your intention of meeting them for any reasons, hope you would find what you are looking for.

im stationed at yokota air base in japan. its in tokyo, fussa shi. we got this place out the gate called Bar Row. they got a lotta filipina bargirls down there. ive heard some crazy stories. what exactly are you lookin for? are you lookin to meet a nice girl or the other one? cuz i know both...
