low hCG and still pregnant?

does any one know of anyone that didnt get posative hpt and blood tests because of low levels of hCG,and still went on to have healthy baby?

He's now 6.5 years old.

I knew I was pregnant and I needed a blood test to confirm it in order to get my insurance to cover a referal to my OBGYN. I think I had literally 10 blood tests before it finally came up positive. It was frustrating and annoying because they kept telling me I wasn't pregnant and I knew I was.

After that the pregnancy was normal and he arrived safe and sound at 38 weeks gestation.

My HPT was very faint...blood test read HCG was at 35. They had me in two days later to make sure it doubled...it didn't. It was around 50. Then came memorial weekend (office closed) and they had me in 5 days later and wanted to see it at 200. It was only at 90. I miscarried about a half week later. This doesn't ALWAYS happen though, but consider it a blessing that we can find out these things before hand. I would have been sooooo much worse off it i wouldn't have been expecting it. At least i was prepared.

No Im affraid I dont - If the HCG count is too low to show on a pregnancy test blood or HPT kit then I doubt you would go on to have a baby - If you were pregnant how pregnant would you be? Im wondering if your testing too soon??

I had low ones in Jan. will and I hate to say this yet I miscarried low hcgs/ quants are NOT a good sign although MY doctor told me that he has seen some that has been low yet be fine. All you can do is wait it out like I was told. BEST WISHES
