The Rolling Stones - "Sticky Fingers" on the original vinyl album cover there is a real zipper that works. So cool.

Queen -- News of the World
or
Lynyrd Skynyrd -- Street Survivors
I am referring to the original releases of LP covers. What is really startling is the fact that the News of the World album depicts the robot and band members and Freddie is mortally wounded and on the cover of Street Survivors flames are behind certain members of the bands. What is erie is that Freddie is dead and so are the members that are in front of the flames from the plane crash that took Van Zandt and Gaines.
A premonition of what was to come or self-fulfilled prophesy?

I belive that it is Pink Floyd's Momentary Lapse Of Reason album cover in 1987. A cover with 800 beds in a shore, designed by Storm Thorgerson

Never Mind The Bollocks... Here's the Sex Pistols.
Or Aenima by Tool - the original one was sort of holographic and had a moving eye.
By the way - cuteangelshay. it was Nirvana - Nevermind with the baby in the water, not Metallica.

As far as artwork goes I'll say any of the Molly Hatchet covers drawn by Frank Frazetta.
