Independence is just a word in the dictionary that we often fantasise ourselves to have gotten but in my opinion till there are children working to eke out a living, women getting subjugated ( in homes or in offices ), people living in extreme poverty who can not afford to eat even once a day at times, slavery, etc etc we can not be free. Independence just means you have built borders for the country you live in but even inside those borders when many do not have even the freedom to eat or live happily that freedom is no freedom it is just like living in huge prison controlled by the govt that runs it as they please!
