I have a tendancy to just say (or type) the things I am thinking....
I need to better filter out the rubbish....does anyone else have this problem?

No i like that about you. I want people to say exactly what they mean. I don't want them to sugar coat it or try to find a better way to say something, or whatever. Just say whatever comes out of your mouth. =)

Well, it is just that we fail to look at what we say from the other person's view, whether our opinion was asked for, needed, whether it would do any good to him, etc..
Loud thinking is the appropriate word for unfiltered talk !
Respecting others freedom to some silence would really help.

write a book of the things you can't get over and the way you have tried
then write the ways of your mind.
then look at it and think about what you can do to help your self from this.
it can work for you if you try.
