Mainly it is your gluteus muscles (the bottom cheeks are called gluteus maximus, the hips are called gluteus medius) and your quadriceps (the upper thighs). Other muscles you use are the rectus abdominus (abdominal muscles) to keep yourself balanced in the chair as you wriggle arund to type/print your homework, and the rectus femorus (the upper thigh muscles).

As for other "parts" you use: you move your feet around in various positions (usually people have the balls of their feet and the toes resting on the floor) to help keep you in the chair... which means you're also using many of your lower leg muscles. One arm usually is resting on the surface of whatever you're using to write on (such as a desk, the kitchen table or even the counter) which also assists in keping your balance... or more precicely an elbow (with your head resting in your hand as you're thinking of your answers). Your dominant hand (the one you write with) is usually hovering over the paper and many of your hand muscles are at work as you write (or use the mouse); both hands work when you type on a keyboard. Your eyes are in motion constantly as you type/write.

Then we get to the smaller stuff, such as the parts that are in use no matter what you're doing (like your brain, your heart, your lungs and your internal systems - ie, nerves, digestion, etc).
