How to do my bussiness?

I just set my English Salon in China last month with a canadian guy . at first we had 20 kids,but no more than one month only 2 left. i just want make the kids feel deffrent when study in my salon.How to teach under 12 years old kids?

could it be due to the cost issue or language barrier?
