well i dont really know u can have these symptoms but i would ask your doctor if your going through menopause or not im going through it myself i have hotflashes night sweats mood swings nervousess and my eyes dried out just go to your doctor and find out if you are going through menopause and if u are then there is medicine u can get good luck!
