Clinton was responsible for alot , he had information that he ignored,its ridicules that people want to think that bush is responsible for the attacks,he just got into office,compared to 8 years of Clinton,these attacks were not planned in a matter of months it was years of planning

America is a clever state.Its strategy is far better than ours.I am damn sure that they bombed iraq for oil.Reason:
Now, they say that they've got wrong information earlier about iraq developing nuclear weapons . But how can a country which has the world's most advaned intellegence agency (CIA) can do this kind of mistake.It was just a false excuse from their side.Their sole aim was to gain more economic power by capturing iraq's oil plants.

Clinton's response was funding of the INC through the CIA. His actions were nonmilitary on the whole (though he did allow protection of the no fly zone AND did drop bombs in reaction to Saddam's defiance of the UN inspectors.
All of those quotes were the justification of the CIA funding. Ahmed Chalabi asked Clinton for military support on several; occasions but was denied.
