You should approach her about what is making you so unhappy and find out why she isn't into the physical side of it. Maybe she'd like it more if you did it differently? How will you know until you ask? It sounds like you are happy to be with her otherwise so wouldn't you be better off investing that energy into your relationship instead of ruining it?
Take her out for a romantic dinner followed by a night at a nice hotel and try and seduce her romantically. If that does not work, try some new things in the bedroom. If you can't resolve it try marriage counselling and if you still can't resolve it then, divorce her - it will put both of you out of your misery and you will both be able to move on and meet other people. Cheating on her is just deceitful, cowardly and selfish and it will delay the misery of having to deal with this situation with her, and make it even harder because you will also have to break the news you have had an affair.

That may be your only recourse. The question is, Have you exhausted your options? As a couple you need to address the issue first. There is a reason for this either physical or emotional. Work on that for a while. At some point you may need to deliver the news that you are not willing to live a celibate life any longer and see where that goes. You are not there yet.

No you should not seek sex outside of your marriage. You should ask your wife to go to counselling with you as there is almost certainly some reason for her lack of interest in a physical relationship.
If she refuses, you may have to consider whether your marriage has a future, after all, marriage without sex is being friends who live together.

I would say no this can only cause a futher rift in your marriage.
I would ask your wife in a caring why the reason for her lack fo sexual interest and see if its something you could work on together.
what makes her feel special and in the mood, youll find that sex with someone you love and are pleaseing is much more beautiful and fulfillin than quick sex with an orgasm as the main goal its empty.

do you mean a surrogate mother to have your baby? If so then it costs 10,000 or more dollars to get the woman implanted with your sperm. Also you have to pay the woman plus her medical bills. Get a divorce if your marriage is not working out or have your wife see a phychiatrist.

No ... instead of putting all this work and effort to cheat on your wife - put it into something more positive by adding passion back into your marriage.. there are plenty of ways to do it, first you need to communicate with your wife your wants/desires. In addition, find ways to make her feel desirable, and wanted. Try different things as well, toys, positions, role playing...
