I have had this problem and the only way to remove it is to either replace the window - very expensive or hire a window repair company to dry out the window. they drill a couple of small holes in the top and bottom of the window, suction it out and plug the holes with one way valves so it can continue to dry out. this process is a lot cheaper than replacing the window. look for a company on the web that does window repairs.

The seal of the DG unit has been broken. Call up the installers and get them to repair it. It should be covered under their warranty.

The issue isn't so much with the fact that you've got condensation inside of it - it's that the double glazed unit does not work to insulate against heat loss if it's compromised. You need to have it repair or it's as good as a single glazed window.

This is because the sealed unit has broken down, the only way is to have the unit replaced, cost on average about £30-£40

I think you may be going to have this problem for a long time unless you change the glass (sealed unit) The sealed unit is two panes of glass separated by a sealed air pocket, it would appear that the seal has got damaged, letting fresh air into it, bringing moisture with it.

Sometimes it can go way and not return, try drying it out gentle by heating the room.

If it returns, the units cannot economically be repairs. Go to your local glaziers, builders merchant or windows suppliers to get a new unit made ( just the sealed glass unit, not the whole thing )

Please don't go to a DG firm ( the high-sell ones ) they will rip you off. A typical sealed unit ( 3 foot square ) will be about £50

Sounds like the seal has broken down and the glass unit will need replacing.

The panes are not atmospherically sealed best get this done. warming the windows may evaporate the water.
