I watched a documentary on a plane hijacking from years ago...one of the first if I rememeber rightly and I'm thinking it was on the 12th of September(it happened in the middle east somewhere) which would've been the 11th in the states...is there something about the date for these "people"??????

most other countries put the day first so I'm not convinced of the emergency number idea

To me I think it is like saying 911 you know calling the emergency line. Like saying 911 can't save you now.
