can someone help me how can i release my tension.....
i need some help... i want to be good in my study but there someone always turn me down.... always make me feel so down... im realy2xxxxxx worried about my study right now... it becomes a big problem to me.... i'm scared please help me....

the only thing which can turn you down is yor self. as long as you fight calm serious and stubborn nothing will stand on your way and those who do will be smashed like thiny bugs. belive in your self and dont be scared. you are good in what you do and you will make it. never ever lose your hope and be calm ! i belive in you...start doing that your self !

Only you can release your tension.
Tension comes due to expectation from others.
Instead try to do what is needed in the situation, and thus, action instead of reaction will ensure a tension-free life !

sounds like you need to take a bit of time to get a hold of yourself ,
keep a study program
eg Time to walk the dog
time to chat on PC .
time to chores
time to study

you should really avoid dat person cause they dont care about you if they r doing dat to u .........n try hangin out with people dat actually like studing

first calm down......ppl can't think clear in panic.....it's ur big mistake.....and to worry.....about what so much???.....life is not perfect and ur life is not an exception......so relax and enjoy life....:)...everything will be OK
