if there are no toilets onsite you will just have to dig a hole, but make sure you cover it up afterwards, it will just turn into manure.

Firstly. Have some camp rules.
Dont do it any and everywhere, someone's bound to step in it.
Pick a random area where people wont often go eg the bushes 100 yards away to the west of the camp, or whatever.
Make a small flag on a long stick, that someone must put up when their at this bush. So others wont walk in on them.
You can wee there without a problem, but for a number 2, take a small spade, dig a hole, about 1 foot or deeper, do your business in there and cover up.
You wont get any disease yourself from doing this, but stick to these guidelines and you'll be ok.

You need to ask point-blank "hey guys, whadda we do when it's time to go pee?" Then decide whether you're comfortable with the answer.
In general, not only is it unhygenic to do it just anywhere you happen to be, it's illegal in the United States. The reason is that a number of very serious, and even fatal, diseases are spread this way and no other way.
But to be perfectly honest, if you're well away from other people and their water supplies, you can take a leak or a dump (hopefully you'll at least dig a small hole do do it in and then cover it when you're finished) without serious risk to yourself or to others. But you will still want to do it out of sight of other people, so find a nice thick bush to hide behind, or a clump of trees or a good-sized pile of rocks.
There have been plagues spread by this manner that have killed millions of people throughout history. That was almost exclusively confined to heavily populated areas like London, Vienna, Paris and Moscow where public sewers were inadequate or non-existant. Those plagues (and I'm not talking about the bubonic plague, the so-called "black death" here) only began to fade from the world's stage when civilized nations really put heavy emphasis on sanitary disposal of human waste. Your going on the ground out away from population centers, like I said before, is not likely to cause more than personal embarrasment to you if you get caught in the act. And remember: you still gotta wipe, so if your pal and his dad haven't thought of it, be sure you stick some of the appropriate paper in your knapsack. You can also buy a small plastic bottle of waterless hand sanitizer lotion in most sporting goods stores. They only cost a couple bucks and your mom will be very appreciative of you taking a proper interest in your own health!

You can either hold it, wear incontinence pants (and hope for the best) or dig a hole/ find a bush depending on whether it's liquid or solid. Take baby wipes and some nappy sacks (to put the used wipes) and do your business well away from the campsite. If that is too much to bear get a portable potty with disposable liners and a crate to stand it on haha. The baby wipes are a must if only to have a quick freshen up ask any military man who does field exercises. Good luck. As for clothes easy to get out of the way stuff and don't wear a boilersuit with a hood.

When you set up camp, dig a trench far away from your tent and cooking area. The flag idea sounds interesting, if only because you might forget where you dug the hole. The trench should be wide enough to contain your business, but narrow enough so you can squat over it. Leave the dirt in a pile, and cover your mess up thoroughly. You can take toilet paper, but it needs to be buried thoroughly or taken out of the wilderness in a plastic bag - or several. If you dig the trench deeply enough, you won't have to be digging them all the time.

dont worry about it chief. we were doing our business outdoors for a lot lot longer than we have been doing indoors. Pick a place you wont be going back to, squat and bob's yer uncle. Take toilet paper though. While enjoying the great outdoors, there is a fine line between being a hero and being an idiot. Seeing as you have the choice of toilet paper instead of leaves, take it.
Enjoy yourself & dont worry, the main aspect of camping is that it is fun, not how and where to relieve yourself! You will figure it all out.

Dig a hole (not too close to camp), squat over it, do your buisness and burry it. Don't get anything except dirt on the shovel. It is perfectly hygenic and I have been going to the bathroom in the woods for more than 10 years and I'm fine,

No, just make sure you've got some toilet paper or some wipes. If it's a number 2 then it's best to dig a hole and bury it.
