I seem to find a lot of bumps on my sack, some are hard and do not pop, while others pop like ingrown hairs, is this normal, should I get the hard ones checked out? They are on the skin, not the testes themself. I don't like the smell that happens when I pop them.

I wouldn't recommend popping them. If it is an infection, opening them could make the situation worse. If you are concerned about them, speak to your doctor about it. I may be focilitis (infection or irritation causing the inflimation of the hair folicle). If you shave, it could be ingrown hairs. Ultimately I would just have a doctor look at them if you are still concerned.

get your behind too see a dertomoligist, rather quickly there get this mes straightned out here hons have it tested for cancer(not saying it is okay) i would act on it right away, dont waste time here hons!!
