owe my hons its been what 5 years laterr, hmm! okay today non time i wil be out about here in good old california and just look, up, in sky, and thank the lord, if your in new york it went onn at 8,46 am, we will, pay tribuite too the fallen, and the innocent and not forgotten, the famlies left behind from this senles nonense!!

The UK tends to be at either 11am or 12am depending on the occasion. I've heard it's 12am today (in the UK).
