You should never change yourself to be someone else....
But...... You can always improve your best qualities and make them shine. Think about the things you know you are good at, and make sure they stand out.
The thing is, if you're always thinking on the bad things about yourself, it will make you even less attractive. True.
Everyone is unique and just like all of us, you will have interesting parts of yourself that nobody else has. Besides, girls in school always think they want the latest boy-band member - but really girls find a lad attractive when he's confident in himself and doesn't care about what other people think.
If your not athletic, do you think you could be any good at music? If nor not either of those, do you enjoy acting or performing? Do you read or do well in Maths?
Whatever it is, just work hard at it - and the girl you like will either notice or not. But don't change who you are, after all, if she doesn't want to be with the real you, why would you want to be with her?
I don't know everything, but I know what girls like in a lad.

the reason why somebody would dislike you or hate you after pretending to be somebody your not just so they can fall in love with you is simple... because doing this to someone is called deceiving them and lying. if you want somebody to actually fall in love with you, you need to show them who you really are otherwise once the charade is up you will be left all alone and miserable. just try and put yourself in the other persons shoes and imagine how you would feel if somebody had done this to you.

yes definatly, for a start you would be starting a rleationship on a lie, how would she trust you when she finds out,best to be yourself you never know she may like the real you! good luck

Why would you want to be someone you're not? I have zero respect for those who can't be who they are. If she can't care for you as you are, then move on and find someone who does!
