If the rings are worth a lot of money its best to set a reserve price (I'm sure you're familiar with what that means). When it comes to the description of the item, make sure you're honest and thorough and if you can include some pictures of it as people always love to see what they're buying!. When it comes to accepting payment, most people accept the payment method Paypal which you may or may not have heard of. Anyway, to be honest i wouldn't recommend it for sales of expensive items because they take a chunk of your profit! So stick to cheques and maybe cash on delivery. Good luck!
PS make sure you answer any questions that sellers have as quickly as possible. There's nothing more frustrating than having to wait 3 days for an answer.

My mom and dad used to do a good number of advertising on Ebay and many the time they might seem to cutting-edge activities to come to a decision on what to purchase. they had a particularly huge selection of books, political and activities memorabilia. they might see what politicians, activities figures or activities have been in the information and can sell something they had that replaced into appropriate. i think of that what sells on Ebay is in all hazard an ever-changing element.

Ebay is very simple.

1) Research see if anyone else is selling the same.
2) Register and list the item.
It's quite simple!

Do you want to set a reserve? You need to decide that.

I prefer to set a low starting bid, $1.00 but a reserve for what you want to sell for.

Make you shipping policy very clear, and cheap. Seeing a cell phone shipping charge of $80 will loose you pretty much every potential buyer that you can find no matter how low the price.

Once your merchandise is on display for sale, it is really out of your hands, This is true for newcomers, as well as old timers. People are either going to buy, or not.
