Hospitality of course! Warm welcoming front desk agents that are friendly and courteous keep me going back. I also love hotels that have pool side service.

Clean, convenience to area (restaurants, cabs, shopping, clubs), attractiveness, lounge, swimming pool, speedy and knowledgeable personnel, security and parking (especially if low cost or free)
