I Was At Home With My Son. I Was 8 Months Pregnant, And Just Woke Up.
I Thought My Son Had Done Something To My T.V. Because It Was Nothing But Static.
Then I Changed The Channel, That's When I Saw It.....

It Was Just Before The Second Plane Hit. The Building Was On Fire. Then The Second Plane Hit....I Cried. I Couldn't Believe My Eyes. It Was All Surreal!!

To Me It Was The Day The Earth Stood Still.

Where Were You?

I was home with my 2 girls and babysitting my nephew! I was horrified to what I was seeing. I cried most of the day! It seemed so unreal and hard to believe. The lose of life that day was uncalled for. The part that really bothers me is that My oldest daughter who was 3 yrs old kept saying for 2 weeks before hand that tubes with fire are going to hit buildings. We thought it was something she saw on TV and dismissed it. When 911 hit she stood there next to my husband and I watching the news and said "I told you"!! That was the scariest thing I ever heard from a child!! GOD BLESS OUR TROOPS!! Bring them home Safe and sound!!

It was about 7 or 8am where I live. I was asleep still. and most of my home was up.

All i remember is jumping out my bed.. to go in the front to watch T.V. and me and my whole family was crying.
we didn't attend school or work that day. very tragic and depressing day.

God bless those who lost loved ones in the 9/11 attacks.
God bless everyone.

I was in college at the time. That morning I was scheduled to work in the lab and heard the news on the campus bus. An hour later, the school was closed.

At home, that without a doubt, was one of my very saddest days. Every Sept. 11 I let a candle burn all day and night until I go to bed. I hope that everyone who lost their life that day has found thier way home....

watching a tv show .... "Didn't you know it was 9/11 and you were on TV too?" Sadly, it wasn't "Candid Camera" but some "Tragic News".
