My water is not heating at home - we have changed the emersion heater still not hot - any suggestions?

My heater had 2 elements.. did you check both of them? (assuming you have two also) One at the top and one at the very bottom.
Drain water first.

There is a thermostat which you can set the water temperature higher. Read about the adjustment or call your dealer for assistance.

It sounds silly, but also be sure the circuit breakers are working properly. Sometimes when they trip they appear to be in the closed position.
