No he won't it is in our Constituition that a president shall only serve up to two terms (although Washington felt it should be only one, this is why he only would serve from 1796-1800) The only president to serve longer was Roosevelt whom served twelve years. Our country is hard pressed to change the Constituition so I doubt it is likely that they will change it to re-elect Bush a third term.
