1. the working conditions and situations is not comfortable
2. the pay
3. the allowance and benefit

The benefit offer are the major reason why most people leave present employment but there are many reason. It may vary from job satisfaction, wanting to improve your educational background by opting to go back to school, mothers who feel that they need to raise their children, to wanting to move to another locations.

Well i guess the pay...but the problem is that i like the workplace so much that everytime i want to leave i dont have the heart to :(
