It depends on the foster parents. I grew up in foster care, and I had some foster parents that were very kind, but there were those that were only in it for the money.

most probably not but remember that there alot of kids in the orphanage and sometimes you have to be strict to get the house in order by doing that it may cause some ill feeling and that start all the accusation. there maybe one or two black sheep and generally all the foster mum are good and some are better that real mum so hopefully that you do investigate thoroughly against any complaint

That is too broad a question and too general to answer definitvely. Some may and other probably don't. Be more specific in what you ask please. Fostre mums would take kids home i believe and not see them at an orphanage, what do you think?

I don't think it happens all the time But, I know of one case it did happen. I think those Foster Mom's do that for the Money, so I think they don't treat those kids as good as they should. Shame on them that don't! God Bless!

In USA, foster "mums" live at home the children live with them. I think, most give good care for the children.

Ill treatment normally does not exist but paying less attention(than original mothers) to kids will definitly be there.
