how often do you eat out at fast food places..
ie mcdonalds, wendy's
i guess more the fast food burger places?
i usually eat out there at least 2 a week.. and was wondering if thats more than the norm

About once every two weeks. Once when I was away from my office for about a month, I ate fast food everyday. I still have the belly to show for it.

Only once or twice a week when I am in between college classes and am starving and don't have time to run home and grab something. Plus I work at arby's and i get free food there, but i guess that doesn't count.

Well it depends on what's going on that week. Sometimes not at all, but other times it could be up to two or three times per week if it's a busy time. . . . .Tends to be easier to just grab the kids a burger or pizza!

rarely do we eat fast food.
However, we do stop at Sonics for drinks 2 or 3 times a week.

once or twice a month. I prefer chicken to burgers. I think as long as you have a balanced diet, you should not come to any harm if you keep it at that level. If you take it up to several times a week, you are probably getting too much fat and salt.
