How many more suicidal maniacs are out there wanting to do more?
National defense must mean a good offense.
Build up the Coastguard to be the largest branch, have them working in concert with the FBI ,Port Authority,National Guard and others.
Homeland Security ,I am not so sure.

I am from Saudi Arabia i am very sad every time i remember that day i was reading book and my 5year sun com and say daddy airplane crash abiding i say to me it is movie he say no and go to TV and my god CNN
it was tragedy.
