It depends. Go to bed at 6:30, swet you alarm for 7:00. Get out of bed at 7:00. Go back to bed at 7:05. Get up at 7:30... This will confuse your body's sleeping patterns and can help keep you awake for the rest of the day.

If you are a heavy sleeper, this wont work and you should try do something to keep yourself awake. Try coffee and caffeine!

No it is not. I have to wake up at 6:00 and if i get up at 5:50, I will go back to sleep. And I do sleep. 10 minutes can work wonders if u are really tired.

It is for me, cause I never get back up an hour later. I have to hit the snooze button a couple times first. Don't go back to sleep, it's better to just stay up!

No - you don't have to sleep for the extra hour. I often get up, shower and have a "lazy dry" in bed for an hour. soooooo nice.
