Also RealVNC is a good free tool for this purpose
However "Remote Desktop Connection" is builtin to Windows Operating Systems.

Use the VPN features n connect to the remote computers. To access the VPN u need 'routers' at both ends. One at Dubai n another at home. VPN is more secure.
