not sure its science as much as human fear. As humans, we tend to fear that which we don't understand (like a different culture or belief system). Our fears manifest,normally, in one of two ways the first is curiosity and while if controlled can be very healthy but in the immature it can be a smoking gun leading us into dangerous situations and causing us to offend others, the second is hate, we don't understand it we are not familiar with it so we decide it must be bad- there is nothing safe, healthy or pleasant with this.

The other religion is of a different faith which has different beliefs.
A man has only his beliefs to live for. the day his beliefs are shattered, he loses the very interest to live.
When you question his belief he fights for the same.
But on the whole it is just a belief & nothing whatsoever to do what might or might be.

There is no scientific reason for that kind of behavior.Hate causes harm for those who hate not those who are hated , so relax and love them, you will be like what God wants us to be

it should not be done...the humans are humans..all humans have the same feelings..religion or race doesnt make a person more or less of a human
