Personally I find it outrageous that they took money for tickets 9 months ago and now state the reason for delay in despatching tickets is due to the "high volume" involved.

Anything that can be done to get some compensation from his website that arranged the sale?

Also, who's the joker that joined him on stage in Leeds? My friend saw it on the TV at the weekend and said it quite ruined the show.

I am going on Thursday and received my tickets last Friday, I agree with you I think it's outrageous that I only got my tickets 4 working days before the event. I paid for membership to his website to get to uy tickets early and I wish I hadn't bothered, and I certainly won't be renewing it. I'm going to write to them to try to get a refund on the membership fee but to be honest as the tickets have now arrived I don't think they will.

As for all this 'high volume' rubbish, they knew how many tickets were sold so when they had to start sending them out it can't really have been a surprise to them that there were so many, can it?

Jonhathan Wilkes. Total prick, and he is blatantly only famous (and I use the term famous loosely) for being Robbies mate.

Ours are coming through the RW website for Friday too. Got an email on 8th saying they had been despatched and would be delivered special delivery mon or tues. Today is mon (no tickets - postman joked that he had sold them!). Tomorrow hopefully - watch this space. If they do come tomorrow that's only 4 days prior - outrageous!

The problem is that I'm not even going - I've sold them to a colleague and am getting stick from him!

I went to Leeds on Saturday and my tickets arrived on Thursday before 1pm.

I'm not sure you would be able to get compensation unless your tickets didn't arrive at all. The site did tell you when you bought the tickets that they wouldn't be dispatched until nearer the date and the site has been good to send the update emails.

Jonny Wilkes is his mate who sings swing with him and is v good. Perhaps your friend doesn't like Robbie?
