If you have a serious complaint about the behaviour of an oragnisation., what is the remedy? You cannot vote them out because they are not elected.

I would also say write to your MP, but also find out what department of government it falls under, and write to them eg. OFCOM falls under Department for Culture Media and Sport.

Write to your local MP, detailing the complaint in full, enclosing copies of any documents or correspondence between you and the body in question.
