Of course, we all live in a world of our own construction. The coincidence of a chance encounter with a person who connects with our world could possibly turn that world flip side.
This being the case, chaos theory has some serious positive effects...butterflies don't always cause tornadoes of destruction...

Simply because it took a lot more than one individual could possibly comprehend to mould the physical world and it took more than one individual to create the social differences we have to date.

One individual always has the choices to change their own social conditioning for the better of their individual little world and the physical world round about them. And if each individual of 'The World' chose to change for the better, then as a whole, one individual can change the world.

Yes, of course. How meaningful the change is varies of course, but every person changes the world in some way.
As for significant changes, obviously there are people who are renowned for the changes they have wrought, but how easy is it to evaluate how much of what they achieved could have been done without the assistance of others.

change the world in the sense means changing the way it going and start following another. For that there should be alternatives. these alternatives can be genarated by individuals. but it should followd by others. then only hte world will change. group of a people is ok, but world.....it's huge
