well 1 do you have a merchant bank account, since u would also need to speak your website hostiing company to see how to set it up, since it might have built into SSL, marketplace, payment system.
if you dont have a merchant account i would advise setting it up via paypal(business) sections.
for this if u goto http://www.paypal.com and then learn how to get payments from people, but this way is rather slow in getting your money transfered to your bank account or credit card what ever it may be.

It depends on a lot of factors :-
What platform are you using .net, php. asp etc.
It cant be done like this you need to get a professional to do it.
