Thats a good question. Its not the official ford garage in emmersons green is it cos they are rubbish. Told me it'd cost about £800 to get it through an MOT and when I took it to another garage (in Staffordshire) they passed it and said there was nothing wrong with it at all! If its a main dealership take it to a smaller privately owned garage.

There should be information on the back of the MOT certificate.

REPORT THEM TO IN ENGLAND THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORT WITH THE STAMPED NUMBER ON YOUR MOT .
TELL THEM YOUR COMPLAINT AND THEY WILL INVESTIGATE IT
