why is my yahoo tool bar not allowing pogo to play?

has anyone had internet explorer stop responding with the new yahoo tool bar and if so, how did you fix it?

IE blocks untrusted sites.Just add the pogo address as trusted site and it will allow to enter the site and play games.

It has a pop up blocker, tried shutting the pop up blocker off or just remove the yahoo tool bar.
