Not a database as such in that you can't cross reference between albums & stuff but great for titles & tracklists + Label & year of release try:

No I wouldn't think so, as their are so many Genre's and imagine how many have been deleted over the years, it would be virtually impossible to have such a database. Think about it, the NHS, can't get their database correct, and they are dealing with a fraction amount of patients compared to the amount of music which has been released.

www.allmusic.com or www.amg.com (same site different address) is your best bet. They tend to have everything crossreferenced, as well as all the different versions of every song, things like that. I think they're your best bet.
