i am 14 weeks pregnant and i am giving into cravings, but making sure i am not eating any more than i was a couple of months ago, if you continue to eat 24/7 you are going to get HUGE and not just for a few months, being pregnant doesn´t realy mean you should eat for two, if you want to stay in shape through and after your pregnancy you need to stop eating like there is no tomorrow.
Did you no that a woman who is 9 months pregnant only needs 200 more calories a day than the normal 2000?
i am just trying to give you a friendly warning.

I'm 16 weeks pregnant,
I've been having warm berry flavoured smooth oats (or porridge, whatever you call it) for breakfast...
It's SOOO yummy, and it fills up your belly for a while. I think the oats expand in your belly.
I snack on pieces of fruit throughout the day to keep me 'topped up' .... a big chicken and salad sandwhich on low GI wholemeal bread is a good lunch time filler, with yoghurt after....

Thats just what i've been doing anyway, to stay healthy and satisfied, because I'm turning into a mean eatin' machine haha. Also keep drinking lots of water throughout the day, its good for you and fills up those little hunger spots!

Eat,eat, eat! But small portions every 30 mins. Eat yogurt, cottage cheese, fruit, beef jerky whatever you want. Small portions are about the size of you hand palm. Still eat your 3 staples, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Your body is trying to kick start your pregnancy and it needs fuel.

You may just need to satisfy a craving. But, your never going to feel full again. You may just feel like a bottomless pit.

Be sure and drink lots of water with your snacks--that may make you feel a bit more "full"--good luck!
