I was put down so many times and I am about to lose again my right to opinion in front of people who are less educated than myself.

It doesnt matter if you are educated or not when there is a right of opinion coz everybody has their opinion for anything in the world so just be confident and try to present your opinion clearly in short and sweet easy language and with the advantage features against their opinion. Never Give up.

You gotta develope a backbone and a voice. Maybe you should try to do some feats that would push you and test you. Something like a personal trainer might be needed, only someone to help you gain a voice. There will no doubt be sites online that deal with this problem.

strengthen ur will with pain...start lifting weights and seek the burn...ur will is intertwined with ur discipline so try and keep a tight schedule...just seek the burn bro...u will be the man in no time...ur phisical has alot to do with ur mental...
